Gymnastics for kids

My 1 year year old daughter will have her first gymnastics class today... I can't say how exciting it will be for her and for us as parents. it's a big step in her physical development not to mention her social develop as she will be interacting and playing with others. starting physical activities early is good, in my opinion. exercise is great healthy habit!
